Product information

  • Ingredients: Ingredients may vary depending on the product chosen but all our bars have cocoa, sugar and cocoa butter as base ingredients.
  • Storage conditions: Store in a cool dry place (20Ā°C).
  • Allergens: May contain traces of nuts and milk.

Customers will be able to choose between 4 types of varieties:

  • San Martin: Cacao from the San Martin region of Peru. Cacao with notes of pineapple, rum, honey, oak, liquorice and a touch of coffee.
  • Piura: Cacao from the Piura region of Peru. Sweet cacao and
    aromatic with notes of citrus, grapefruit, violet, caramel, vanilla, raisins,
  • Chuncho: Cacao from the Cusco region of Peru. Cacao with hints of citrus, plum, cherry, tropical fruits, nuts, sultanas,
    chocolate and sweet wood.
  • MĆ©rida: Cacao from the MĆ©rida region of Venezuela. Cacao with milky notes (no milk), green banana and nuts.

As this is a customised product, the product will be ready within 48 hours of payment.

Subsequently, applying the correct roasting to the cacao is an art that will enhance its flavor. The elaboration of a good chocolate will follow a meticulous process that will use as main ingredients  cacao, butter and sugar, as well as additional ingredients with which we want to experiment.
