The Bean to Bar chocolate workshop is a beautiful experience to discover the process of making chocolate from the cocoa bean.
The aim of this workshop is to learn about the fabulous process of making chocolate and to discover its fascinating history.
This workshop combines information and action as during the workshop the clients roast, peel and grind the beans, taste 3 cocoa-based drinks and make 2 chocolate bars to take home.

The chocolate tasting workshop is a unique workshop to discover all the aromatic secrets hidden behind a good chocolate.
In this workshop we will see why some chocolates have notes of orange, red fruits, nuts, dried fruits,…
While tasting 8 different types of chocolates, we teach how to use all the senses to uncover the secrets of chocolate and how the genetics of cacao and its making process have a great impact on the final taste of the product.
