Peru

Working with cocoa from Peru offers a unique experience thanks to the diversity of its regions: the coast, the highlands and the jungle. The rich biodiversity and ideal climatic conditions in these areas result in exceptional cocoa beans. In addition, Peruvian culture permeates every grain, adding a special touch to the quality of the product.

The Dominican Republic is the world’s leading producer of fine aroma cocoa. The cocoa we work with has been cultivated by the same family since 1906. In addition, the cocoa we work with is a denomination of origin cocoa, highlighting the great work done by the farming communities of this country to enhance the value of their raw material.

That is why we work with cocoa from the following areas:

Colombia

Colombia produces high quality cocoa. Specifically, the cocoa we work with is cultivated by an indigenous community, the Arhuacos, a community that preserves its way of life thanks to cocoa cultivation.

  • Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.
