• In order to fully understand chocolate we will explore its origins and the process of cultivating its main ingredient, cacao.
• We will learn in a practical and enjoyable way the chocolate elaboration process.
• We will discover the fascinating millenary history of chocolate, its origins in the Amazon rainforest and its evolution to the present day.
• Finally, we will analyze the current challenges facing chocolate, such as the importance of traceability and sustainability in its production chain.

In this workshop you will have the opportunity to:

• Observing a cacao pod.
• Taste 3 cacao beverages.
• Get ready to roast, peel and grind your own cacao.
• The elaboration of a craft chocolate bar.
• The making of a Bean to Bar chocolate bar.

Our workshop includes:

• All necessary materials and tools.
• An apron.
• A personalized diploma for having completed the workshop.
• A summary of the workshop so that you can remember all the knowledge and skills acquired.

• No previous knowledge or experience with chocolate is required.
• The workshop lasts 2 hours.
• The minimum age for the workshop is 15 years old.
• The maximum capacity of the workshop is 6 people.
