Recipe

  • 40 g of pure cocoa
  • 200 ml of hot water (not boiling)

Preparation:

1️⃣ Heat the water to about 70-80°C (without boiling).

2️⃣ Add the cocoa in chunks or grated.

3️⃣ Mixing with intentstirring with a wooden spoon or whisking until creamy. You can use a grinder or hand mixer.

4️⃣ Optional: Sweeten with honey or spices such as cinnamon and cardamom.

5️⃣ Enjoy consciouslysipping the cocoa in a quiet space, with deep breaths.

To obtain exceptional chocolate, it is essential to work with the best cacao beans. This requires the hard work of farmers in selecting good land, using good genetic varieties of cacao and applying quality farming methods, as well as fair price standards.  

Subsequently, applying the correct roasting to the cacao is an art that will enhance its flavor. The elaboration of a good chocolate will follow a meticulous process that will use as main ingredients  cacao, butter and sugar, as well as additional ingredients with which we want to experiment.

The natural ingredients used complement the distinctive cacao flavour, making it exceptional.
