What you need to know...
🌱 This workshop is practical, simple, and very fun. You will learn to create your own chocolates to then surprise your friends and family at home. 🍬 We will start by coating the bonbons, and while the chocolate cools, we will make chocolate rocks decorated with natural ingredients such as nuts, dried fruits, nibs, or salt. 🍫 Then we will prepare the ganache for the bonbon, you will learn how to close it, and finally, we will paint them with colored powders to give them a unique and creative finish. 🍡 Next, we will make artisanal truffles, which you can customize with different toppings: shredded coconut, cocoa powder, cocoa nibs, and more. 🌍 While the chocolate cools, we will talk about cacao, how it is grown in producing countries, and how at Kina we transform it into authentic bean-to-bar chocolate. 🎁 You will take home: chocolate rocks 6 bonbons 6 truffles
