Chocolate mini workshop

This introductory workshop is designed to immerse you in the exciting world of chocolate. You will learn the essentials about chocolate, from its origin, through its cultivation, to its production. We will learn to identify the aromas and flavors of chocolate through a tasting. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn about the importance of traceability and sustainability of cocoa.

1 Bean to Bar chocolate bar. If it is a workshop for adults: 3 tastings of fine aroma chocolates. If it is a workshop with children: They will perform the shelling and grinding of the cocoa, allowing them to observe in a graphic and practical way how it is transformed into chocolate. Then, they will be able to taste the fine aroma chocolate they had made with the cocoa paste.
