Chocolate mini workshop

This introductory workshop is designed to immerse you in the fascinating world of chocolate. You will learn the essentials about chocolate, from its origin, through its cultivation, to its production. We will learn to identify the aromas and flavors of chocolate through a tasting. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn about the importance of traceability and sustainability of cocoa.

⏱ Workshop duration: 40 minutes - 1 hour depending on the child's age. 👥 Maximum capacity: 12 people per group. ⚠️ Allergies and intolerances: Must be notified in advance.

1 Bean to Bar chocolate bar. For adult workshops: 3 tastings of fine aroma chocolates. For workshops with children: They will perform the shelling and grinding of cocoa, allowing them to observe in a graphic and practical way how it transforms into chocolate. Then, they will be able to taste the fine aroma chocolate they made with the cocoa paste.
