Combined chocolate and coffee workshop
Live a unique gastronomic experience. We will start at Kina Chocolates, where you will make your own chocolate bar in a 1-hour hands-on workshop. Additionally, we will have a guided tasting of 3 single-origin chocolates while discovering the fascinating world of cacao: from its cultivation to its transformation into chocolate. Then, we will move to Old Coffees House to enjoy a tasting of 2 specialty coffees, grown, processed, and transported by the same coffee-growing family in Colombia. An opportunity to learn about coffee from its origin and savor its history in every cup. An essential experience if you are passionate about tastings, chocolate, and quality coffee.

This workshop is designed for you to immerse yourself in the fascinating world of specialty chocolate and coffee. You will learn the essentials about chocolate: from the origin of cacao, its cultivation and harvest, to its transformation into bars. We will learn to identify its aromas and flavors through a guided tasting and discuss the importance of traceability and sustainability in the cacao supply chain. Then, we will explore the world of specialty coffee: you will discover how it is grown, processed, and prepared, with a tasting of coffees produced by the same coffee-growing family in Colombia. You will see how origin, processing, and roasting influence the sensory profile of each cup. A complete experience to introduce you to two worlds that share much more than you imagine: history, flavor, and awareness.
